Important Information

Construction and Property Notices

  • If you plan to book the Mt Green property, please be aware that construction work will be happening this summer on the roofs, decks, and slider doors. Scaffolding will be set up around the buildings, and construction work hours will be from 7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Work may continue until dusk and/or on weekends if needed. All upper decks will be off-limits during this time.
  • The fireplace in this unit is currently inoperable due to safety concerns. The Vermont State Fire Marshal has determined that the chimney has cracks and splits, making it unsafe for use. The fireplace should not be used during your stay.

House Rules and Policies

  • No smoking allowed.

  • Amenities and hours:
    • Outdoor Pool: open from Memorial Day Weekend through Spartan Race Weekend (daily from 9am until 10pm)
    • Indoor Pool: open all year (Mon-Thurs 10am to 6pm; Fri-Sun 11am to 8pm)
    • Fitness Center: open all year 24/7 with key card access
  • Please do not take towels from the indoor pool area to the outdoor pool. Bring your own towels for the outdoor pool.
  • The spa/health club facilities, restaurant, and Black Dog Sports operate from Thanksgiving to Easter. The outdoor pool is accessible from Memorial Day to Spartan Race weekend. There are grills and a firepit at the outdoor pool.
  • GetAway Vacations has no control over Mountain Green amenities' operating hours and procedures.

Transportation and Parking

  • A shuttle bus to the lifts at Snowshed stops at the resort every 15 minutes during weekends and holidays, and every 30 minutes during the midweek. Shuttle stops are just outside the building and clearly marked.
  • Free parking is available on site.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • The fireplace is inoperable and should not be used due to safety concerns as determined by the Vermont State Fire Marshal.
  • Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, and fire extinguisher are provided in the property.
